I appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out. The environment was also quiet,. The location is quite convenient (close to public transport).

the fitness center had all the equipment i needed for a full workout.
the air conditioning did not work properly. the room remained too warm for comfortable sleep. also, the constant street noise coming through the windows made it hard to rest well, especially with the a/c not cooling things down.

the breakfast had a wonderful variety, including hot soup and fresh fruit.
The room i had was quite dusty and the furniture seemed old. Cracks were visible on the walls. the heating system emitted cold air initially and the windows let in drafts (this needs addressing). the lack of a vanity kit, a common feature in 5-star hotels, was also disappointing.
